Senior Compliance & Controls Manager

• Develop, implement, and enhance internal controls within front-line operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
• Work closely with front-line departments to integrate compliance controls into their processes, ensuring that these controls are practical, effective, and adhered to
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments of internal controls, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
• Serve as the primary point of contact with regulatory authorities, ensuring timely and accurate communication and reporting
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure that the organization is fully compliant with all applicable laws and regulations
• Oversee the development and execution of compliance monitoring programs, ensuring that any issues or breaches are promptly identified and addressed

• Resident in Switzerland
• Fluency in English and German, French is an asset
• Proven experience in managing compliance functions and operationalizing internal controls within front-line operations
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and experience in dealing with regulatory bodies
